Description

Many of us did not receive “basic training” about what it means to be a woman. We know what a woman is expected to “do,” but we don’t have an understanding of how a woman can “be”—for herself and within herself.

As a result, we become easily overwhelmed, worn out, and lost, and spend more time doing and giving instead of being and creating.

Spiritual guide Iyanla Vanzant is putting an end to this personal and collective “madness.” Join her and women of your clan—your age group—and gather the lessons, blessings, and gifts waiting for you in community. Experience a gentle and loving process of healing, tailored for your clan, to help you step beyond old patterns and move forward with grace and ease.

We end the week with a sacred naming ceremony where you receive the energy you need to support your new understanding and nature as you prepare to reenter your life.

Please note this course begins begins Monday at 6:00 a.m., and has a special schedule with extensive extended hours (6:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. daily). Due to the extended hours of the program, the Faculty requests that you do not schedule any Omega Wellness Center appointments.

Additionally, participants are asked to limit caffeine and sugar intake for 7 days prior to the course.
