Do you remember who you were before others told you who you should be? Do you have a feeling that something is missing no matter what you do? Then it’s time to root down and rise.
Under the guidance of curandera (Mexican folk healer) Robyn Moreno, we’ll use practices from Curanderismo (Mexican folk healing tradition) to journey back to the root by tapping into the strength of our ancestors. From this grounded place, we rediscover our true essence, our voice, our story, and our unique gifts—and create a roadmap of how we can share them with the world.
The Nahuatl (Aztec) word for truth means “rootedness,” and this weekend we will root into our own truth in the safety of sacred sisterhood through movement (yoga and dance), meditation, sharing circles, inspired journaling, and connecting to nature through relaxed, spiritual hikes.
This workshop is designed for women who are being called to lead, heal, or grow.
