Discover ways to heal sleeplessness, insomnia, and dream loss with two of the world’s leading experts, Drs. Michael Breus and Rubin Naiman.

Dr. Rubin Naiman suggests tuning into the subtle rhythms of the morning, allowing us to integrate rest, sleep, and dreaming.

We live in a wake-centric world that relegates sleep and dreaming to secondary, subservient positions. Sleep is often the first thing we sacrifice—even with pride—to make more time in our day.

Yet, many of us are physically and mentally exhausted, and are suffering from the side effects of sleep loss, including low energy, poor concentration, lowered immunity, and gastrointestinal symptoms.

In this weekend workshop, America’s most trusted sleep doctor, Michael Breus, and sleep specialist at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, Rubin Naiman, present the tools you need to sleep better and smarter—and feel better.

Drs. Breus and Naiman are joined by qigong expert Master Yang Yang, PhD, and certified yoga therapist Jillian Pransky, who guide you in the ancient sleep-enhancing practices of qigong, yoga nidra, and Ayurveda.

With this integrative, body-mind-spirit approach to the science of sleep, you:
