We don’t choose chronic pain or physical suffering. But for many of us, they are a part of our everyday life. Though the causes of our pain vary, the symptoms often show up as tension headaches, neck pain, TMJ, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, and low back pain, to name just a few.
In this workshop with neuromuscular therapist Lee Albert, you gain the tools you need to reclaim your rightful vitality with a full range of mobility, flexibility, and strength. With Albert’s guidance, you learn three easy yet powerful practices to alleviate muscular pain as well as mental and emotional stress. You learn a simple routine to reduce or eliminate most painful conditions and cultivate a calm alertness in your life. These simple exercises, rooted in leading-edge neuroscience, help you balance and relax your muscular and nervous systems and enhance your body’s natural healing response.
In addition to physical exercise, you explore techniques for manifesting your dreams and discover how it is possible to lead an extraordinary life.
Faculty recommends you read the following books in preparation for the course:
- Live Pain-free Eliminate Chronic Pain without Drugs or Surgery by Lee Albert
- Yoga for Pain Relief: A New Approach to an Ancient Practice by Lee Albert
