Miki Agrawal is a serial social entrepreneur. She was named one of eight women who will change the world by MTV, was on of Forbes’ list of Top 20 Millenials on a Mission in 2013, and received the Disruptive Innovation Award from the Tribeca Film Festival the same year.
Author of Do Cool Sh*t: Quit Your Day Job, Start Your Own Business, and Live Happily Ever After, Agrawal is an identical twin (to Radha Agrawal); a half-Japanese, half-Indian French Canadian; and a former professional soccer player. She sees herself as a global citizen who can change the world for the better while following her passions.
Miki Agrawal is cofounder of the acclaimed farm-to-table, alternative pizza restaurant WILD, with locations in New York and, in partnership with Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, Las Vegas.
She is also cofounder of THINX, an attractive underwear solution for women to wear during their period and beyond. Through a collaboration with AFRIpads in Uganda, each purchase of a pair of underwear funds the creation of 7 reusable cloth pads for girls in Africa to help keep them from missing school because of their periods.
Agrawal is also a partner in Super Sprowtz, an innovative media company working to get kids to eat more vegetables.
