Our campus is closed in 2020. But we're still here for you. Join Omega Conversations with favorite teachers, and our private  Facebook Group community.

Imagine being aware, balanced, and calm while playing tennis? Moving with ease and being adaptable during competition? Experiencing freedom and joy in the game?

Learn the innovative “More Than an Athlete” approach by Rob Polishook and discover how to “play” the game while focused on the process, in the present moment, and connecting to yourself. Through ball drills, group games, centering activities, rhythmic music, and positive practice, you learn how to support and encourage yourself (both on and off the court), play loose, and concentrate on what you can control.

This energetic workshop is for tennis players of all skill and experience levels.

Enrollment is limited for this program; register early.

Faculty recommends you read the following books in preparation for the course:

  • Tennis Inside the Zone: 32 Mental Training Workouts for Champions by Rob Polishook
  • The Inner Game of Tennis: The Classic Guide to the Mental Side of Peak Performance by W. Timothy Gallwey

Family Week

There is something for everyone at Family Week. Workshops for the grownups that teach skills or help you relax or give you a renewed sense of purpose. The schedule is more flexible than at other times so that the most important people in the world—parents—can get a well-deserved rest. And for the kids there are camps that engage their body, mind, and spirit, get them outside on our beautiful campus, help them make friends, and instill the values of cooperation, compassion, and joyful living.

Please note: If you don't have children you may participate in this program, but be advised almost 200 children are on campus, and services and schedules are geared for children and families. Learn More.
