Experience powerful insights on the path to liberation from suffering with clinical psychologist Shefali Tsabary.

Dr. Shefali Tsabary defines the awakened self.

Are you looking to truly liberate yourself from suffering directly? Are you willing to engage your core issues with fierce intensity? In this powerful weekend, clinical psychologist Shefali Tsabary uses humor and joy to guide you on an intensely intuitive path toward your inner liberation.

Tsabary, best-selling author of The Conscious Parent, The Awakened Family, and most recently Out of Control, employs a deeply insightful approach to discipline that integrates Eastern mindfulness with Western psychology. Through interactive exercises and guided teachings, she helps you uncover why it is that you have stayed blocked in your life and how you can begin to liberate yourself from these blockages, including how to detach from their identifications to this material world and discover a transcendent sense of freedom and joy.
