Prepare yourself to live an authentic and wholehearted life with poet and philosopher Mark Nepo.

Are you seeking to inhabit an authentic and wholehearted life?

Join Mark Nepo, author of The Book of Soul, to explore our struggle to embody the soul on Earth through a messy human life. Discover how, underneath our differences, we can be who we are and create a path to what matters.

In this workshop, Nepo opens a heart space through which you discover your own gifts and wisdom. Through engaging in poetry, stories, metaphors, reflection, journaling, and dialogue, you uncover reliable truths you can return to as you begin to widen your circle in the world.

After being born physically, Nepo explains, we unfold within a second womb, meant to incubate our better angel. Our journey from innocence to experience is how we emerge from the second womb. This workshop invites us to delve into that process of transformation in all its mystery, difficulty, and inevitability.
