Why do some people heal when others do not? How can one person survive and thrive after a serious diagnosis, while another doesn’t?
Although diagnostic technology has advanced tremendously over the last 60 years, modern medicine has made little progress in actually curing the diseases we diagnose. Generations after our great-grandparents suffered from chronic diseases, we face the same challenges and receive little more than symptom management.
Using Dr. Habib Sadeghi’s book The Clarity Cleanse as our guide, we examine the emotional anchors of chronic disease and the concrete steps we can take to improve our health and well-being. Case studies of patients recovering from serious illnesses underscore an innovative mind-body treatment protocol—revealing that, when we heal emotionally, the body responds better physically to treatment. Together we explore how unresolved emotional trauma creates a biological environment favorable to disease—and what we can do about it.
Everyone is welcome—including health-care professionals, patients, and anyone seeking a better understanding of disease prevention as it relates to emotional well-being.
