In today’s demanding, distracting world, you probably spend most of your time regretting the past or worrying about the future. But happiness is here in the present, and you can’t experience it if your mind is elsewhere.

Thankfully there’s a proven way to have a happy life, and it’s as close as your next breath. The Art of Living’s famed Happiness Program has taught millions of people how to reconnect with the direct experience of happiness, unlimited power, and freedom.

Guided by Ketan Bhagat and Chetna Cariappa, you learn the Sudarshan Kriya, a series of powerful breathing techniques that use specific, natural rhythms of the breath to release stress at the deepest level and balance and integrate the mind, body, and heart. Through fun group processes, guided meditations, and low impact yoga, you learn the skills you need to deal with the challenges of your life.

Anyone wishing to find happiness and live their full potential is welcome. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
