Join healing artist David Elliott for this 7-minute guided breathwork session.

Empower the healer within as you learn to bring the healing experience out into the world in this rare 5-day, 5-level training program with author, teacher, and breathwork healer David Elliott.

Begin with the basics, including fundamentals of breathwork, essential oils, sound healing, and intuition exercises. Then learn to guide others in 2-stage Pranayama Breath meditation. As you progress through the week, you build your healing work out into understanding group energies and leading group work, including breathwork circles. Through focused discussions and partnered work, you explore how to create topics for healing groups, how to prepare, how to show up, and ultimately, how to work with the energy of any group. Then you delve into the business side of healing work with a deep exploration into the concepts of self-love, exchange, money, value, abundance, and purpose.

Lectures, discussions, exercises, and partnered breakout sessions develop your connection to intuition, boost confidence around your gifts and talents, and open your heart to the power of self-love.
