Cultivate a more compassionate and thriving kindergarten through fifth grade classroom, while also enhancing your own personal practice. This special Mission Be program provides you with an interactive opportunity to learn how to bring mindfulness to youth, in a way that reaches, engages, and inspires students.
The Mission Be modules are based on the science of mindfulness, compassion, and self-regulation techniques. You learn an easy-to-implement 12-week mindful education course that can be infused throughout the school year, with topics including neuroscience, being present, empathy, compassionate boundaries, kindness, gratitude, altruism, and more. Through lectures, interactive discussions and experiential practices, you learn effective ways to bring mindfulness into your classroom year-round.
You also have time for inspiring practices that improve your own well-being, while strengthening your peer network and leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.
This intensive is open for all K-5 administrators, teachers, psychologists, social workers, parents, or yoga teachers.
