Description

We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

A woman’s grace and vitality is reflected in her graciousness, courage, strength, self-care, and generosity. Grace is everything. It is the inner voice that calls us to evolve into the best version of ourselves—and it gives us the power to do it beautifully.

Through a daily spiritual practice, we can brighten the light within, as we reflect and embrace the truth and power of love. In this way, we are able to embody our authentic self and live an abundant, inspiring, and harmonious life with others. We also are able to stand as beacons of light and love for those around us.

In this Radiant Power immersion, we experience the wisdom and transformative power of Kundalini Yoga and meditation, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Led by Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, her daughter Wahe Guru Kaur Khalsa, and other inspirational teachers, we embark on a journey to emerge into magnificence through the powerful, proven tools of ancient yoga kriya science.

In this exuberant community of women, uplifted with live music by Sukhdev Jackson of the musical group Aykanna, we open our hearts in the company of new friends. We rise early for sādhanā, absorbing sacred morning celestial energy, followed by warm-up yoga sets that lead into meditation. We continue the day with Kundalini Yoga practice, meditation, chanting, and dancing.

We also get to enjoy mindful eating in community, as well as nature through walks in the woods and swimming in the lake. Wednesday afternoon is free time for massages, facials, swimming, sunbathing, mala making, and joyful gathering together with friends. We also rejoice in the evening with a music concert featuring Aykanna.

Recharge, reconnect, and embrace your capacity to live in spirit, joy, happiness, and love. Return home shining brighter in your restored, renewed, and radiant self.

And to complement your 5-day Radiant Power of Women retreat, add this yogi cleanse formulated specifically for women:

Cleanse for Women
An Innovative, Creative Approach to Rejuvenation

To sign up for The Radiant Power of Women without the cleanse, register for this course, 3805-593. To sign up for both The Radiant Power of Women and the Cleanse for Women, register for course 3805-594.
