Overcome the fear, stress, and anxiety of traumatic memories with Stress Is Gone, a program developed by Brett Cotter to deliver best-in-class stress relief tools to high-risk demographics such as military veterans, front-line workers, and victims of natural disasters and community tragedies.

The Stress Is Gone Method, as taught by Brett in Fortune 500 corporations, schools, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations, quickly releases layers of stress and anxiety by:

  • Safely surfacing the unconscious fear fueling your stress, anxiety, or pain
  • Releasing the fear on a cellular level using an intuitive call and response process
  • Reconnecting with your essence to feel lasting inner peace, strength, and security

Through guided meditations, group release work, and one-on-one coaching with Brett, author of 3 Keys to Managing PTSD, you learn to release previously hidden blocks to happiness and success and move forward with a renewed sense of freedom.
