Simple Sketching for Everyday Mindfulness
Drawing encourages us to slow down and look deeply—with open attention and curiosity—at our surroundings. It's not about what ends up on the page; it's the connection to a fuller observation of what's around us that keeps us present. By sharing some simple instruction and sketching exercises, professional artist Kathleen Quigley finds ways to inspire everyone (regardless of experience) to get out there and draw.
