Step into a life of freedom, connection, and empowerment with trauma expert and author Suzanne Jones.

Suzanne Jones describes the basic premise of her Trauma Informed Mind Body (TIMBo) program.

Have you ever felt like something in you is broken beyond repair? Do scars from your past keep you from being your best self? Are you sick of persistent feelings of unworthiness?

Developer of the science-based Trauma Informed Mind Body (TIMBo) program and author of the award-winning book There is Nothing to Fix, Suzanne Jones has helped thousands of women heal their emotional wounds and find their way back to their authentic selves.

Based on her book, Suzanne will guide you through a 5-day transformational journey that will leave you with an in-depth understanding of how your body has held on to traumas of the past, and a self-compassionate framework from which you can find freedom, connection, and empowerment in your life.

Guided by Suzanne’s Trauma Informed Mind Body (TIMBo) program, you experience:

  • Structured, workbook-based programming

  • In-depth group discussion

  • Presentations on Suzanne ’s theory of survival adaptation and theory of emotional anatomy

  • Exercises of self-investigation

  • Gentle yoga practice and guided meditation

You return home with the radical power inside to free yourself from trauma and find acceptance and connection. All who identify as women are welcome.

Please note that Omega will not be providing yoga mats so you must bring one with you.
