Workshop

Transformational Cleansing

A 2-Day Guided Detox Experience

May 11 - May 13 2018 Rhinebeck, NY

We are no longer taking registrations for this workshop.

Join naturopathic doctor Tom Francescott for a simple yet life-changing detox program and juice cleanse to help you release stress, trauma, and unhealthy energy patterns.

On this cleansing journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation, you learn to detox your body, clear your mind, and feed your soul.

Naturopathic doctor Tom Francescott guides you on a simple yet life-changing detox program and juice cleanse loaded with a menu of nourishing anti-inflammatory foods, cleansing juices, and detox smoothies, carefully designed to cleanse your liver, strengthen your heart, and help you release stress, trauma, and unhealthy energy patterns.

In a safe and fun healing space, you discover how environmental and emotional toxins cause chronic illness and block us from living our true potential. Blending naturopathic discussions, qigong cleansing exercises, mindfulness, intuition, group sharing, and sound meditations, you learn to:

  • Connect to and increase your innate healing power
  • Identify food allergies and heal your gut microbiome
  • Balance blood sugar and reduce inflammation with super foods
  • Restore and recharge your adrenals and nervous system to handle stress better
  • Boost your memory, metabolism, and immune system naturally
  • Create a comprehensive wellness plan for yourself and your family

Return home relaxed, empowered, and energized to live a healthy and happy life.

This program can be taken in either 2-day or full 7-day format. This 2-day detox intensive covers how toxins impact health, chronic disease, and well-being, and how the spiritual practice of cleansing and naturopathic medicine facilitate healing. The 7-day healing retreat is more experiential, allowing you time and space to rest, learn, and transform what arises during the detox process. The 7-day retreat includes the weekend workshop.

A note from Faculty regarding your arrival dinner:

I am looking forward to seeing you all very soon at Omega. In preparation for your arrival, I want to let you know that our detox menu starts with Friday’s dinner (6:00 p.m.– 7:15 p.m.) in the dining hall. Special meals will be prepared for our group and, so that you can be easily identified, please be sure to wear the wrist band that will be given to you when you check in.

The area where food prepared exclusively for the group can be found as you enter the dining hall, on your left, in the back corner. We are serving a detox juice, soup, and roasted vegetables. You may also choose the mixed steamed greens from the “Omega Plain Bar” straight ahead in the back as your enter. If you are unsure about where to find these things, the Omega dining hall staff will be able to point them out to you. If you have not previously visited Omega you might enjoy the 7:30 p.m. Orientation – our own program will start promptly at 8 pm.

Tom Francescott is also teaching a 5-day version of this workshop.
