What if depression, addiction, illness, unfulfilling work, and relationship problems are caused by years of hiding your true emotions, denying your life purpose, and living in fear? What if unhappiness, anxiety, insecurity, and negative thinking could be healed by understanding how to love and value yourself, practically and unconditionally, now?
In this workshop with best-selling author Blake D. Bauer, you learn how to:
- Develop a healthy relationship to yourself that is based on self-worth, self-respect, acceptance, and kindness
- Practice gentle qigong exercises designed to help you unlock stuck blood, emotion, and energy
- Engage in mindfulness meditation practice to train your mind, transform negative thinking, and find peace in the present
- Express your emotions and guide your thinking in loving ways that result in genuine connection, joy, and relief from suffering
- Work with mandalas to objectively map the flow of energy in your life and redirect your thoughts, words, and actions toward creating what you want in your life
Anyone looking to feel better, enjoy life more, and free themselves from guilt, shame, fear, and self-doubt is welcome.
Faculty recommends you read the following book in preparation for the course:
