We begin to learn not to be ourselves in childhood. Over time, this disallowing adds up until we stop knowing what we want, feel, and need. Rediscover your purpose and what you are truly capable of with author and behavioral expert Caryn Scotto d’ Luzia.
Understand why learned separation chronically loops, showing up as monkey mind, inner critique, low self-esteem, shame attacks, social freeze, or overall life stuckness. Experience breakthrough Alchemy of Shame Transformation (AST) Model® techniques that harness the nervous system and body logic to gently unravel inner looping and meet disconnect where it is. Shift habitual patterns of self-doubt, inadequacy, and isolation into a deep wholeness, inner connection, and acceptance of your full self.
Through fun and simple embodied exercises, live demonstrations, group discussions, and safe, compassionate facilitation, you experience greater worth and belonging.
Return home with important, core paradigm shifts and applicable, daily tools to keep moving forward with life-affirming resilience, self-expression, and empowerment.
