When facilitating a conversation, meeting, or event, the ability to listen on multiple levels, capture what surfaces from the group, and serve it back in a way that reflects the emerging story is crucial. Visual Systems Thinking combines the skills of graphic facilitation with presence, systems thinking, personal development, and the skill of listening to capture complex narratives in inspiring and engaging visual stories that help groups see where they are and know where they need to go next.

Guided by expert facilitator Erin Sanborn, you learn the principles of systems thinking, how to access intuitive wisdom when working with groups, and graphic facilitation and recording skills. Using real-life situations that require systems thinking, you practice grounding and intuition exercises, presentation skills, and drawing, and see firsthand how these practices can support groups to work systemically.

Anyone who wishes to make their next flip chart an engaging, useful document is welcome, including facilitators, graphic facilitators, business leaders, systems thinkers, project or program managers, and movement builders. No previous experience is necessary.
