Workshop

Voice Dialogue Training

Levels 1 & 2

Sep 08 - Sep 13 2019 Rhinebeck, NY
Discover a safe and effective method for engaging with the inner selves in this Voice Dialogue Training with Bridgit Dengel Gaspard.

A truly integrated personality consists of discrete inner selves, or sub-personalities, each requiring individualized healing. Voice Dialogue therapy, based on this Jungian premise, is a safe and effective method of personal investigation for engaging in dialogue directly with various parts of the psyche.

Explore the fundamentals of Voice Dialogue in this experiential training for therapists, social workers, life coaches, and other helping professionals. Gain skills and techniques to:

  • Map your own and others’ inner selves
  • Distinguish between primary (dominant) and disowned (repressed) selves
  • Facilitate a full Voice Dialogue session
  • Identify energy shifts in you as you interact with others
  • Gain awareness of which individuals trigger which sub-personalities
  • Diagram bonding patterns in order to turn conflicts into sources of creative change

Return home with tools to assist your clients in achieving greater control over their lives and reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and physical maladies.
