Experience this accessible form of qigong to nourish resilience in everyday life with certified qigong instructor Steven Michael Pague.

Living a resilient life requires vitality in our body, in our sense of love and compassion, and in a deep connection with the wisdom mind.

Waterfall Qigong is an amalgam of teachings both ancient and more recent, handed down, collected, studied, practiced, and taught by Steven Michael Pague for 30 years. It is a generous style that allows each of us to modify the movements to suit our bodies and abilities.

In this workshop, we nourish the three essential aspects of our being through breathwork, postural alignment, self-massage, focused mind, and many moving and stillness practices of qigong, including animal play. Together, we learn the history of this ancient healing art as we explore how to find the extraordinary in the ordinary in our day-to-day lives. The promises of all health practices require persistent work and effort to achieve benefits, and this immersion is designed to inspire us toward bringing them into our lives on a regular basis.

This workshop is suitable for all body types and for experienced practitioners or beginners. Most of the forms and meditations can be done either standing, seated, or lying down.

Each participant will receive links to videos and writings to assist in ongoing study.
