Discover tools and strategies to more effectively navigate the “full catastrophe” of work with MBSR teachers Brenda Fingold and Patti Holland.

Despite our efforts to create a reasonable routine and manage multiple demands, many of us often feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and deflated.

During this interactive and experiential workshop, we explore mindfulness practices that can be done on our own and integrated into the workday when we return home. Through dialogue and personal reflection, we examine ways in which mindfulness can help us make choices that support well-being in the workplace.

Based on the curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and author of Full Catastrophe Living, we learn tools and strategies to more effectively navigate the “full catastrophe” of work so we can offer our best without losing ourselves. Weaving concepts from MBSR and the everyday experiences of our lives, we examine what well-being is for each of us as we begin to clarify our expectations and personal needs.
