Most self-improvement programs train people to identify and solve problems by endlessly mind-wrestling them, often to no avail. With Whole Body Intelligence, you learn to get out of your head and into your body so you can achieve greater wisdom, confidence, and success in life.

This unique, body-centered approach shows you how to consciously access your innate body intelligence to create better health and prosperity, as well as more authentic relationships. With no more overthinking, decisions become easier to make and you stay engaged and relaxed in any situation.

Through dynamic presentations, discussions, breathwork, movement, stress management exercises, and more, you:

  • Identify and release limiting beliefs and patterns that hold you back
  • Align with your highest visions and reignite your life purpose
  • Make choices with renewed confidence and create outcomes you desire
  • Develop a strategic “whole body” plan for manifesting your desires
  • Communicate more authentically and powerfully with yourself and others

You also learn to recognize the patterns that have shaped your experiences and how to change these thoughts and behaviors before they become self-sabotaging.

Dining Hall Hours (Dinner is included on arrival day):
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–8:45 a.m.
Lunch: Noon–2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m.–7:15 p.m.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
7:00–8:00 a.m., 12:15–1:00 p.m., 5:30–6:15 p.m., 5:30–6:30 p.m.
