“There’s nothing more difficult on the planet than another person, and our primary romantic partner is more difficult than most,” says Stan Tatkin, clinician, researcher, and developer of A Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy® (PACT).

During this intensive, couple experts Stan Tatkin and Tracey Boldemann-Tatkin uncover the realities of the human condition and what it means to create and sustain a secure functioning, long lasting, and happy relationship with another person. They lead couples through exercises designed to help them identify one another’s attachment styles, read body language and arousal states, and manage conflicts to build secure-functioning relationships.

Discuss the fundamental biological realities of human bonding and the psychobiological particulars of your partner. The invaluable tools you learn in this couples workshop can be implemented immediately to help you move forward in your relationship and grow as a couple.

Dining Hall Hours (Meals begin with dinner on arrival day and end with lunch on departure day.):
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–8:45 a.m.
Lunch: Noon–2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m.–7:15 p.m.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
7:00–8:00 a.m., 12:15–1:00 p.m., 5:30–6:15 p.m., 5:30–6:30 p.m.
