Do you suffer from difficulty falling asleep, restless slumber, early morning waking, or dream-disturbed sleep? Imbalances in our hearts, minds, and bodies disturb the mind, causing insomnia and stress. The result is physical and emotional discomfort—and a mind that floats at night, with no place to rest.
Take control of your body and learn to let go of your tensions with this workshop with acupuncturist and qigong instructor Deborah Davis. Learn slow and gentle qigong movements to calm the mind, settle the emotions, and ground your energies for restful sleep and stress reduction. You also learn simple Chinese home remedies to destress, including acupressure massage, hand mudras, and toning.
Leave rested and recharged, with a 20-minute daily practice to take home with you that improves sleep, reduces stress, and revitalizes and balances your whole body. This workshop is beneficial for women of all ages, and is particularly helpful for menopausal symptoms.

Tuition covers your workshop costs and time spent in class with the faculty. Please see Stay With Us below for accommodation choices—which include meals and other amenities for those who wish to stay with us. Or see Commute for those who will not be staying on campus overnight.
Accommodations cover your room, all meals, and use of amenities and facilities—which includes optional classes, evening performances, sampler classes (during the week), the lake, walking trails, parking, and all other guest services. A list of local hotels and inns is available for those who wish to stay off-campus and commute (see Commute below).
