Are you feeling disconnected from your body? Do you want to feel more sensual and alive? Have you lost your libido and want to revive it?
Acupuncturist and medical intuitive Deborah Davis guides you to revitalize the women’s power center, the Uterine Palace, with gentle movements and breath. Davis shares an ancient Chinese teaching of longevity and sexuality—internal alchemy—which circulates primordial energies to nourish your body and spirit and increase sexual vitality. Learn slow and gentle qigong movements to calm the mind, settle the emotions, and ground your energies.
This workshop is for women of all ages who want to reclaim their sensuality and appreciate their radiant feminine essence. There is no nudity in this class.
