Yoga is not one-size fits all. Learn to think outside the box and walk a path that’s uniquely yours while maintaining a connection to the powerful traditions of this ancient practice with the Kaivalya Yoga Method.

Guided by Alanna Kaivalya, whose teaching is steeped in mythology and depth psychology, you deepen your study and move beyond the physical into the spiritual and psychological. You use gentle yoga asana, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, group discussion, lecture, and writing exercises to:

  • Develop your own personal mythology
  • Create potent personal rituals
  • Super-charge your meditation
  • Access your unconscious and
  • Recruit your highest self into your daily spiritual practice

As you progressively dive deeper into yourself and open your mind, you recognize and use your own personal symbols and begin to heal your energetic and psychological body. You become the hero of your own journey and experience the true connection that is yoga.

Not suitable for brand new beginners; some yoga and meditation experience is required.

Alanna Kaivalya, PhD, is author of Myths of the Asanas, Sacred Sound, and Yoga Beyond the Mat.
