Reignite and explore your creative self with Faith Hunter and Day Schildkret in this retreat presented by NY YOGA + LIFE™ magazine.

Do you love yoga? Do you also love being creative? Join us for this weekend retreat designed to reignite and explore your creative self presented by NY YOGA + LIFE™ magazine. Yoga, sound, journaling, and meditation help us create space in our bodies and minds so that we can more easily reconnect to our creativity. Sessions will be led by yoga teacher Faith Hunter, international impermanent earth artist Day Schildkret of Morning Altars, director of education at Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) Laura Thompson, and many more.

Daily yoga sessions help balance the nervous system, purify toxins, and release tension deeply rooted in the mind, body, and soul. A forest bathing meditation on the Omega grounds will be followed by a plein-air drawing activity as a chance to reconnect with the senses. Also, experience Morning Altars, a hands-on, earth-based practice from Schildkret’s book that teaches how nature and art are effective ways to heal, grieve, celebrate, and honor life transitions.
