“Having the body you want begins with loving the body you have,” says celebrity fitness instructor and best-selling author Mandy Ingber.

This inspiring workshop shows us how to thrive in every aspect of life, by loving our body as it is. Ingber’s signature Yogalosophy hybrid workout pairs traditional yoga poses with simple toning exercises, while healing the heart and mind with reflective writing practices, vision boards, intention-setting exercises, and learning to eat for vitality.

With her Yogalosophy program, Ingber has helped stars like Jennifer Aniston, Kate Beckinsale, and Helen Hunt develop their outer and inner strength. Using the same methods, Ingber uses the physical practice of yoga to move us into the present, and explores how we can embrace who we are today to transform our lives.

This workshop is for those new to yoga who want healthier bodies and happier minds, and for experienced yogis who want to reactivate intention in their lives. This is not an advanced yoga class.

Dining Hall Hours (Dinner is included on arrival day):
Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.–8:45 a.m.
Lunch: Noon–2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 6:00 p.m.–7:15 p.m.

Daily Open Classes in meditation, yoga, tai chi, or movement (subject to availability):
