Amber Ryan is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher with a rich background in theater and dance. She has studied with 5Rhythms® founder, Gabrielle Roth, for more than 10 years, and has assisted Jonathan Horan in leading workshops around the world. Amber Ryan also has been on the faculty of Gabrielle Roth’s Reach Out for Kids, a project to help kids take their problems to the dance floor and receive nourishment from the 5Rhythms® practice.
An alumna of both Florida State University’s School of Theatre and the Florida School of the Arts, Amber Ryan’s professional credits include a performance as Emily MacIver in ABC’s One Life to Live. She also served as dance captain for award-winning choreographer Mia Michaels for two stage productions at the Arkansas Repertory Theatre.
Amber Ryan began teaching dance to children when she was just 14 years old. Years later, she made the transition from teaching kids dance technique and choreography to leading Gabrielle Roth’s first 5Rhythms® Reach Out Project at The Farnam House. She also has launched Kids in Motion, a movement program for kids of all ages.
