Eric Stiller, lifelong paddler and founder of Manhattan Kayak Company, is the author of Keep Australia on Your Left, a chronicle of his 4000-mile journey around Australia with Tony Brown. Their 1992 trek remains the longest two-man kayak expedition in modern history.

In 1995, Stiller provided the first on-water paddling school in New York City at the Chelsea Pier Sports Center. Since then, he has taught many thousands of clients the art of paddling kayaks and stand up paddle boards (SUP).

A student of Steve Ilgs Wholistic Fitness™ methods, Stiller combines western style sport training with eastern style mind-body work as a fitness instructor. He is the founder of Go Primal NYC, a primarily bodyweight-based functional fitness program meant to keep clients ready to go nearly anywhere, anytime, by any self-propelled means.

Stiller brings a balanced whole body approach to his SUP teaching, which he has found to be the best platform yet to combine all of his fitness and wellness aspirations.
