Psychiatrist and energy expert Judith Orloff, MD, is an assistant clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of California, Los Angeles and New York Times bestselling author of The Empath’s Survival Guide, Emotional Freedom, and Dr. Judith Orloff’s Guide to Intuitive Healing. She recently released a new book, Thriving as an Empath: 365 Days of Self-Care for Sensitive People.
