Just 90 minutes north of New York City, Omega Teen Camp’s facilities are located at 115 Camp Road in Holmes, New York.

Situated on 450 acres of green rolling hills and lush wooded terrain in Holmes, New York, our camp is reminiscent of traditional teen summer camps and includes a large swimming pool with diving board, boating lake, 50-foot climbing wall, high ropes course, sports fields, and hiking trails. Just 90 minutes north of New York City, the camp is easily accessible and attended by campers from all over the world.

My name is Adam Simon and I started this wonderful camp for teenagers. After spending many years as a physical education teacher, coach, and businessman, I began working at Omega Institute with a wonderful community of people. While at Omega, I had the opportunity to lead men's groups around the country. Many of the men I spoke to were struggling with issues of grief and anger, and they indicated that these emotions began when they were teenagers.

• Q: What is Omega Teen Camp all about? What makes it unique?

  A: Omega Teen Camp is all about creating a fun, safe, and loving place for you to be exactly who you are. Our summer camp program offers more than 50 unique and exciting activities like Thai massage, high ropes course, and songwriting everyday. And, our food is really good, too!

One of the great benefits of being at Omega is the opportunity to experience the multidimensional programs that are offered to both seasonal staff and core staff. Throughout the season, Omega offers a diverse selection of staff programs—classes, gatherings, and special events—designed to help staff learn new skills, find inspiration and meaning, and build a sense of community. Most of these classes are open to all staff, although some may need special permission.
