Lois Guarino
Lois Guarino, Omega’s chief operations officer, has held leadership roles in the nonprofit sector since 1984. As the creator of Omega’s people and culture department, Guarino’s focus is on developing every aspect of the campus as a meaningful part of a learning community while exploring the concept of compassionate service at work as a spiritual development path. She also focuses on the organization’s internal culture and relational leadership.
Guarino also serves as faculty at Omega, teaching classes on leadership, work/life balance, and the creative process. An artist and writer, she is author of Wonders Miracles & Magic and Writing Your Authentic Self.
