Melissa Bowe, cofounder of The Wayfinder Experience, is a public interest lawyer, professor, community organizer. Deeply committed to youth empowerment and expression, she has directed teens at Omega’s Family Week and the Wayfinder Experience for 10 years and has been part of the Omega community for more than 20 years.

Melissa Bowe's highly trained Wayfinder Experience staff bring 15 years of experience in the fields of improvisational theatre, story writing, and cooperative stage combat to programs that are dedicated to providing a healthy, joyful, and cooperative journey.
