Sil Reynolds, RN, is a nurse practitioner, therapist, and workshop leader. For more than 30 years, she has worked with with mothers and daughters of all ages, helping them to create balanced and meaningful lives.

Reynolds is a graduate of Marion Woodman’s BodySoul Rhythms® Leadership training and a graduate of Brown University, where she majored in women’s studies.

Renolds has been an ongoing advisor to Omega Institute’s Women and Power Conference since its inception and a consultant to V-Day. Additionally, for more than a decade, Reynolds led Geneen Roth's Breaking Free From Emotional Eating workshops across the country.

Reynolds currently leads Mothering & Daughtering workshops with her daughter, Eliza Reynolds. They are coauthors of the book Mothering and Daughtering: Keeping Your Bond Strong Through the Teen Years.
