Omega Women's Leadership Center 2015 Workshops
Do Power DifferentlySM
Be part of the OWLC and help advance a global culture of equality and care.
Omega was founded on the holistic worldview that the well-being of each of us is deeply connected to the well-being of all living things. We are interested in creating a community of leaders who are ready to imagine a world that doesn't yet exist; one where love, compassion and empathy are the driving forces for our key leadership decisions in all spheres of life. We invite women leaders who are ready to challenge the status quo, change history, and transform our society from one that leads by "power over" to "power with," to create a world that works for—everybody.
Providing a rich context in which to develop and expand collaborative relationships, each workshop offers a range of leadership skill-building opportunities in which we develop the courage to lead from the edge—including conflict resolution, financial literacy, public speaking, writing, and "flying" on the trapeze. The catalytic exchange of ideas, experiences, skills, and expertise creates a community of leadership working for change.
