Gently explore mortality, reflect back on life, and plan ahead for its eventual end with insight, creativity, and compassionate support.

Francesca Lynn Arnoldy discusses the process and the power of death journaling.

Join doula and death lit author Francesca Lynn Arnoldy for a gentle immersion into death journaling–an exploration of mortality and the creation of meaningful remembrance gifts. It's an invitation to reflect back, turn inward, and plan ahead with intention and insight.

First, we cultivate a mindset of compassion as we become our own doulas. Next, we explore our connections to self, strength, source, story, and support. Then, we discuss "mortality awareness" and "death wellness" while developing memento mori practices. We also focus on "planning, preparing, and processing" as we create components of our death journals, including core self lists, life stories, and more. Infused throughout will be guided meditations and visualizations to foster clarity and healing.

Return home with memories of a lifetime and a death journal that is overflowing with creative, inspired entries.
