Pam Dunn is a teacher trainer and leader for Challenge Day, one of the premiere North American organizations teaching empathy, compassion, and other core social and emotional skills to students. In the last decade, she has worked with over 100,000 youth in middle and high schools across the U.S. and most Canadian Provinces. As a member of a core team working with a Dutch production company since 2011, Pam has helped to bring Challenge Day workshops to students and communities across the Netherlands. This work is featured in the documentary series "Over De Streep (Cross the Line)."
She has contributed, developed, and facilitated curriculum and workshops as a lead trainer for the nationally recognized Be Present, Inc. (BPI) which supports individuals of all ages, genders, and cultures to understand and develop leadership in their lives, families, and communities.
Pam provides training and consulting to numerous youth & family service agencies, including the Family Childcare Training Project, The Mind Body Awareness Project, The Edgewood Center for Children & Families, Mission Neighborhood Centers, and Urban Tilth. She offers wide organizational support in the devolopment of staff, youth programs, and leadership, as well as through nonprofit program evaluation, strategic planning, and conflict resolution.
