Join Leslie Traub to explore personal and collective conditioning and uncover patterns that, if left unexamined, can shape our futures in limiting ways. Release outdated beliefs and identities—professional, maternal, creative, or caretaking—to reveal the essence of who you truly are and nurture it into being.
Designed for all who identify as women, this workshop is largely experiential, using creative processes, dyads, inquiry, somatic release, and other small-group processes as we:
- Create rituals to honor time's passage and share the stories that shaped you
- Identify your core belief systems, as well as the essence of who you are through a River of Life process
- Explore the relationship between your core beliefs to the "protector," a part of us that inadvertently keeps us from our aspirations
- Explore the archetype of the Queen as a template for how to live a fully boundaried life and how to accept life just as it is
- Practice listening deeply to your intuition, an expression of the feminine
- Use visualization and meditation to ask questions about your future from the unconscious
Finally, we explore neuroplasticity and rewiring, and learn a simple rewiring practice of fully engaging the senses.
Note: This intensive program, while not therapy, has a therapeutic dimension and is best suited for those with prior experience in personal development, coaching, or counseling. This workshop includes a somatic and emotional release process, and we are able to accommodate participants with limitations in this process.
