Leslie Traub is a transformational and group process facilitator with 40 years in the personal development and business world, especially with women. Leslie focuses on “rewiring” workshops for women over 50 to address the psycho-social and spiritual aspects of retirement and aging. She has been a student of personal and spiritual development for decades, with a particular focus on Buddhist teachings and Jungian psychology.

Her experience as an organizational consultant on creating inclusive cultures has given her the foundation for understanding identity and change. She has led thousands of people in corporations, universities, and international organizations to understand the mechanisms of the mind, and how to interrupt patterns of bias to be more inclusive in their actions and impact.

Leslie’s experience of exiting a business at 58, left to decode the meaning of her life by herself, is the foundation of this body of work.
