Omega may cancel a program at any time. If we do, you’ll receive a full refund. Some programs have their own cancellation terms—please check the individual workshop page.
A non-refundable $25 booking fee is charged once per on-campus program order at checkout. The booking fee is charged at checkout only and applies equally to online, phone, and in-person registrations. It is charged once per order, even if multiple workshops are included in the same registration. The booking fee does not apply to date changes, add-ons, or upgrades made after checkout. The booking feed does not apply to donations and standalone membership enrollments or purchases.
Unless otherwise noted on a program page:
If you need to cancel a 2-day workshop:
- 8 or more days before arrival: Refund minus a $60 processing fee and your $25 booking fee.
- 7 to 1 day before arrival: Nonrefundable credit toward a future Omega program or stay, minus a $60 processing fee and your $25 booking fee.
- Arrival day or later / no-show / early departure: No refund or credit.
If you need to cancel a 5-day (or longer) workshop:
- 8 or more days before arrival: Refund minus a $120 processing fee and your $25 booking fee.
- 7 to 1 day before arrival: Nonrefundable credit toward a future Omega program or stay, minus a $120 processing fee and your $25 booking fee.
- Arrival day or later / no-show / early departure: No refund or credit.
Notes:
- Credits may be applied to any Omega program or stay.
- We don’t offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with a program’s presentation or content.
