Seasons of Need™ is designed for "caring (over)achievers" seeking to restore their vital energy and reconnect to their natural rhythms. Our modern ways of living and working have left us disconnected from each other, the natural world, and our own aliveness. We are burning ourselves—and our planet—out. Leaders in caring professions—health care, community care, and planetary care—are particularly vulnerable and in need of individual and collective healing.
Through rhythms of experiential activity, individual reflection, and group discussion, participants learn regenerative practices they can integrate for long-term resilience and personal sustainability. Together, the facilitators weave more than 50 years of combined experience in leadership, the healing arts, spirituality, climate communication, and regenerative practices into a uniquely integrative workshop.
This interactive workshop features gentle indoor and outdoor activities and is appropriate for anyone interested in self-care and connection with the natural world.
