This reunion retreat brings together alumnae community of the Omega Women’s Leadership Intensive for renewal, reflection, reconnection, and celebration.

Listen to OWLC alumnae describe what #DoPowerDifferently means to them.

If you are among the more than 400 women who have taken the Omega Women's Leadership Intensive over the past decade, we invite you to join this special retreat to reconnect, reflect, and recalibrate! In this week-long sanctuary, you have the opportunity to look back on your leadership journey that has unfolded since you took the Intensive, and gain insight and inspiration for the work ahead in the company of other women from across our 11 cohorts.

Alumnae Vivian Williams-Kurutz and Sarah Urech cohost optional daily circles for reflection, contemplative practice, and creative expression, alongside opportunities for participant-led offerings that honor the wisdom each of us carry.

This retreat features a special reflective session that will be joined remotely via livestream by Mallika Dutt, Carla Goldstein, Leslie Salmon Jones, and Sharon Salzberg.

#DoPowerDifferently

Note: Open to past attendees of the Omega Women's Leadership Intensive. Workshop begins Sunday at 6:00 p.m.
