Sarah Urech (she/her) is senior strategist for the Omega Women's Leadership Center (OWLC) and Omega's Taking Care of Change Initiative. She has been working at Omega since 2011 and is a founding staff member of the OWLC. A certified coach and master's social worker, Sarah has performed with Hudson River Playback Theatre since 1994 and has taught this improvisational storytelling theatre in 20 countries, including Cuba, India, Japan, Russia, and South Africa.

Before joining Omega, Sarah worked at the Oncology Support Program at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, NY, for a decade and was its director for four years. Originally from Switzerland, Sarah speaks seven languages and teaches leadership development and public speaking at Omega. Watch Sarah speak about the practice of listening as an important step in human evolution.
