When it comes to reversing global warming, Paul Hawken, executive director of Project Drawdown, is hopeful.

Drawdown: The Most Comprehensive Plan Ever Proposed to Reverse Global Warming, a New York Times best seller, outlines 100 ways to reach the point where more greenhouse gases are being removed from the atmosphere than are being released into it.

"I think when you set bigger goals, everything opens up," Hawken said at the 2017 Being Fearless Conference. "Innovation, creativity, ingenuity, possibility, connection—all that expands when you expand the goal."
