Embody renewal through soil and sustainability, celebrating connection and circularity as a way of life in the micro-festival Experience Regeneration.

Regeneration is a process of renewal and regrowth. But in order to align with the concept, you have to experience it.

If you're yearning to find out more about what you can do to live closer to the rhythms of nature, how to make the most of the backyard or rooftop at your fingertips, or looking to get your hands into the wonders of the soil to awaken your own alignment, this gathering is for you.

Experience Regeneration is a new event series making its debut at Omega. This immersive micro-festival is dedicated to evolving "regeneration" from a buzzword into a way of life, seeding a culture shift through education, practice, and community. The first edition of Experience Regeneration focuses on the adjacent themes of soil and food systems.

The vision for this gathering comes from the producing team behind the Wanderlust Festival and the Eudēmonia Summit, and brings together some of the leading voices in sustainability, science, Indigenous and generational wisdom, somatic practice, and the arts to explore how personal, cultural, and ecological renewal are inseparable.

Programming weaves three core strands of regenerative understanding: nature, personal restoration, and generational wisdom. Guests might spend the morning in the garden or forest, learning about composting or mycelial networks; their afternoons could be spent in restorative practices such as yoga with Schuyler Grant, meditation, or sound healing; and their day would close in conversation with innovative leaders in the fields of climate solutions, regenerative farming, and food systems. Together, we convene at night among the sounds of minstrels who are committed to a rooted approach to living.

Our convening is an antidote to climate anxiety and apathy; joy is a central thread in programming and indeed the regenerative movement. Come be a part of the “delicious dirty work” of shifting culture toward a more circular, conscious, and sustainable way of living.
