Amber Spiegel of SweetAmbs Cookies is a sugar artist known for her expertly crafted decorated cookies. While studying marketing in college, Amber realized that her true passion was decorating cakes and cookies—a profession where she could combine her artistic skills with her love for baking. After graduating from Ithaca College with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, she went on to obtain a degree in baking and pastry arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and now entertains millions of viewers with her mesmerizing cookie-decorating video tutorials. Amber has authored two books, Cookie Art and Cookie Canvas, and founded the Cookie Art Club, where she teaches others to create their own edible works of art. 

Amber's work has been featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, InStyle, and Brides, and has collaborated with a wide range of premier global brands, including Netflix, Paramount, Amazon, and Hulu. She was named one of Forbes Top Influencers in food and contributed cookie artwork to Puffin Plated's Pride and Prejudice.
