Brian Valenza is a former Navy SEAL officer, entrepreneur, and certified men’s performance coach. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy (Class of 1999), he served as a SEAL Officer from 1999-2006 before moving into entrepreneurship and leadership development.
With a deep commitment to personal growth, Brian blends military-grade discipline with emotional intelligence, nervous system mastery, and somatic awareness. He has done extensive inner work to heal relationships, coparent consciously, and support others through divorce, remarriage, and transformation. As cofounder of The IMMERSIV, Brian brings grounded, embodied leadership to men and mixed-gender spaces, helping others build strength from the inside out.
